These terms cover your use of AIO Radar: the web app at https://aioradar.vercel.app, its API and the WordPress plugin. AIO Radar is run by We Are Go Digital Limited, 8 St Peters Rise, Bristol, BS13 7LY, UK. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

AIO Radar checks how ready your website is for AI assistants, generates content such as llms.txt files, page summaries, FAQs, alt text and schema, and measures how AI assistants mention your business. It works through the WordPress plugin you install and your dashboard.

Your account

  • AIO Radar is for businesses. By signing up you confirm you are using it for your business, not as a consumer.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and keys. If you think a key has leaked, regenerate it from your dashboard.

Plans, trial and billing

  • Plans (Starter, Basic and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. What each plan includes, its limits and its daily caps are on our pricing page; limits and caps may change.
  • Each account can have one 7-day trial. It needs a card. When the trial ends your plan starts and your card is charged, unless you cancel before then.
  • Upgrades apply once the payment for them goes through. To move to a smaller plan, first remove any sites over its limit.
  • If a payment fails, it is retried for a few days. If it still fails, your plan ends.
  • Without a plan your account is read-only: you can sign in and see your sites, but AIO Radar does no new work for them, you can't add sites, and some history may be hidden.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

Refunds apply only to the first payment on your account: within 14 days if monthly, 30 days if yearly. Renewals and payments for a plan change are not refunded. To ask for a refund, write to hello@wearego.digital.

Your content

You keep ownership of your site's content. You let us copy, process and store the content you sync, send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and publish what we generate (such as llms.txt, summaries, FAQs and schema) on your site through the plugin, so that we can provide the service. You confirm you have the right to give us that permission.

AI output

Generated content and AI-mention results come from AI models and can be wrong or out of date. Check generated content before you rely on it; you decide what to publish. Visibility results show a direction, not a promise of how any AI assistant will treat your business.

Acceptable use

Don't use AIO Radar to break the law, to process sites you don't control, to attack or overload the service, to get around plan limits, or to resell it without our agreement. We may suspend or close an account that does, or that doesn't pay.

Liability

AIO Radar is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
